Sky Building offers a number of onsite facilities such as a cinema room, a state of the art gym, a studying lounge, a beautiful courtyard, laundry facilities and parking. Its superb location mean you are in very close proximity to Keele University (the largest campus university in the UK), Royal Stoke University Hospital and Staffordshire University.
As well as its proximity to local universities, Sky Building is also close to Newcastle Under Lyme’s local markets, culture and entertainment, making this an ideal location for students looking to engage with the buzz flowing around the town.
Sky Building is a superb investment opportunity due to a severe under-supply of student accommodation in the Keele and Newcastle-under Lyme area. Sky Building really is perfectly placed to meet the increasing demands of this market.
